These terms are an agreement between you and Jones&Son Technologies, Inc. ("Flux Plumber", "we"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Flux Plumber is an app for plumbers. It includes AI answers that draw on manufacturer manuals and plumbing knowledge, parts and supply lists, and records of jobs, customers and reminders. We may add, change or remove features.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate sign-up information.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Fair-use limits on questions apply and are shown in the app.

AI answers and your work

• AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. They are information to help you, not professional, engineering or legal advice.
• You are responsible for the work you do, for holding the licenses and permits it needs, and for following manufacturer instructions and the codes where you work.
• For gas, venting, combustion air, backflow and relief valves, use your own judgment and the required tests and sign-offs. Don't rely on the app alone.

Price and billing

Individual accounts are free for the first 7 days, then $10 a month, billed monthly until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid month. We'll tell you before changing the price.

Your content

• Your jobs, photos, customer records and questions stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you.
• Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, or use the app to break the law.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it, or get around fair-use limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers and limits

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on AI answers, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [Final wording pending legal review.]

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Me tab. We may end accounts that break these terms.
